RoForge UI is a service for designing editable Roblox interfaces, importing supported Figma elements, and exporting to Roblox Studio. The service is operated by Mikołaj Mateusiak, Brzezie 30, 97-420 Szczerców, Poland. Send questions and complaints to help@roforgeui.com.
1. Account and features
- Creating an account requires an email address, a password, and acceptance of these terms. Protect your login details and do not share your account.
- Free includes three Figma imports in total and five AI credits in total. Paid Pro includes Figma imports without a total cap, subject to request rate limits, and 50 AI credits in each paid subscription period.
- Screen generation and edits use three AI credits each. Each image generation uses one additional AI credit. A request that fails because of the provider should not consume a credit. The current price and details are shown before purchase. One AI request can run at a time per account. Daily request limits include failed attempts (8 on Free, 60 on Pro). Total attempted credit units, including refunded attempts, are capped at 10 for the lifetime Free trial and 75 per paid Pro period to prevent repeated API failures or abuse.
- The service can export GUI structure. Game mechanics, in-game payments, and animations may require testing and additional logic in Roblox Studio; a generated visual design does not guarantee those behaviors.
2. Pro plan, payments, and cancellation
Pro is a monthly subscription billed through Stripe. The current price is USD 12 per month; the final amount and any applicable taxes appear at checkout. You can cancel in Account settings through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals, and paid access continues until the end of the current period unless a refund or applicable law requires otherwise.
3. Withdrawal and refunds
A consumer who purchases Pro at a distance generally has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of entering into it, without giving a reason, where applicable consumer law provides that right. Send a clear withdrawal statement to help@roforgeui.com before the deadline, including your account email and purchase date. You can write, for example, “I withdraw from the Pro subscription agreement entered into on …”.
Our current checkout does not collect a separate, explicit request to start the paid service during the withdrawal period. We therefore refund the amount paid after a valid withdrawal within 14 days, without automatically deducting the value of used credits. After that period, we review refund requests individually. Credit use may be relevant to a voluntary refund but does not limit statutory rights. Refunds are made in accordance with applicable law, generally using the original payment method.
4. Content and rights
You retain your rights to the projects and materials you provide. You authorize us only as needed to store, process, generate, and export them at your request. You are responsible for having the rights to uploaded materials and for following Figma and Roblox rules and third-party rights. AI-generated images and designs may need manual review, and some Roblox assets are subject to moderation or permissions.
5. Acceptable use and availability
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe copyright, bypass security controls, or overload the service. We may apply reasonable safety limits and temporarily restrict an account in cases of abuse. We will give appropriate advance notice of material changes to the service or these terms on the site or by email. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot be limited by law.
